是以海明威的小说《The Killers》为主题，韩国导演们以不同的视角和风格完成的短篇电影集项目。小说讲述了实行禁酒令的20世纪20年代，两名雇凶杀人者来到酒吧后发生的故事，描绘了美国大萧条时期的风景。 从此次项目的企划开始，作为总创意参与其中的李明世导演表示：“通过现在这个时代的导演们以不同的视角看待海明威的短篇小说《杀人者》，重新诠释的杀手故事汇聚成一部作品。以《杀手》这个素材为中心，演员和艺术作品等共同要素有机地连接在一起，这次将不是个别作品，而是成为一个完整体的独特工作。”
